General Policy:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@authorstranquilitypress.com.
  • Please include your full name, order number, and a brief explanation of your request.
  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving your request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Non-Refundable Services:

  • Book printing costs: We do not offer refunds for book printing costs, as these are direct expenses incurred on your behalf.
  • ISBNs: We do not offer refunds for ISBNs, as these are non-refundable purchases from Bowker.
  • Custom fees: We do not offer refunds for custom fees, such as cover design fees or illustration fees.


This refund policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we believe it is fraudulent or abusive.
