The journey takes the reader into the history of where they come from before the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade: The Iberian Peninsula to the West Coast of Africa in a place called "Negro-Land" to various shores of the world where the Negro dwells today. From slavery to black codes, to Jim Crow, to Civil Rights; to the assimilation into Eurocentric societies and ideologies, the mind of the Negro was developed.
